Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction management and insurance restoration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare detailed scopes of work, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Resolve issues and conflicts as they arise, maintaining excellent client relations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Oversee final walkthroughs and project closeouts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the reconstruction or restoration industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Familiarity with insurance restoration processes and Xactimate estimating software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Certifications:

• IICRC, OSHA 30, PMP, or equivalent industry certifications.
