Edge Restoration is a local, family owned and operated emergency disaster and cleanup service. We specialize in Water Mitigation, Fire, Smoke, and Mold Remediation, as well as Biohazard Clean up.

Role Description:

This is a full-time role located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. The Mitigation and Marketing Specialist will handle daily responsibilities to build a pipeline of referral sources, including creating referral relationships, promoting and marketing the company's restoration services, to potential referral sources. Maintaining strong client relationships, and responding to emergency sales calls. Key tasks include assisting with hazard mitigation efforts, implementing marketing strategies to grow the business, and providing excellent communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• -Experience and knowledge in Water and Hazard Mitigation
• -Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and work with team members
• -High level of organization
• -Personable and comfortable creating new relationships
• -Self driven and motivated personality
• -Experience working for small businesses and start ups
• -Ability to work on-site in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area
